Andrea grew up in the Village of Glen Morris on a farm with her parents and younger brother.  She attended the local public school, Paris District High and earned a diploma from Mohawk College followed by a BA at Wilfrid Laurier University.  She has always had a passion for Real Estate and her love of learning means she is always taking new courses and striving to learn more. 

Andrea has a background in mortgages, online marketing, database analysis, property management and sales.  She applies her 17 years of real estate experience and analytical and marketing skills to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.  She strives to be patient, understanding and available and nothing makes her happier than seeing her clients succeed.

Andrea lives in Paris with her husband Ryan two children Owen and Emma and their dog Lilo.  She is committed to her community which is reflected in her volunteer activity including the Willet Hospital 2020 – 2010, Lions Club of Paris 2010 – Present, BREEA 2010 – Present, Brant County Economic Development Committee 2018 – 2020, and Rotary Pris Satellite Club 2022 – Present.

My work in home construction led to buying, renovating and selling houses, to purchasing investment properties and property management.  As my involvement and interest in real estate grew it naturally led to my career as a REALTOR beginning in 2009.  I grew up here, went to school here, volunteer in our community and so know Paris and the surrounding areas very well.  

I love helping people meet their real estate goals whether Buying, Selling or Investing and guiding that process so that it is an enjoyable and reasonably stress-free experience.

Sanaz knows moving!! She has lived in 17 homes, in 5 different cities, in 3 different countries so she also knows that finding the right place for your current circumstance is paramount to settling in and creating “home.”  She herself is now settled in with her husband, their 3 year old and a German Shephard and is focused on the Real Estate market in Haldimand- Norfolk and surrounding areas.  She brings a welcomed and different perspective to our Team. 

Sanaz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Humber and a background in Retail Buying, Project Management and Product Development giving her the skills and experience to be an effective and efficient Real Estate Professional.  A key pillar in her work approach is the belief that trust is earned when actions align with words.  Sanaz takes great pride in understanding her clients’ needs, creating a plan in lockstep with them and communicating through every step of the process.  Following through on the plan ensures an exceptional Real Estate journey.

Callum had an approved high school co-op work placement in a real estate office when the pandemic stopped those plans.  Brian Stolp, one of our Team founders, also knew early on that he wanted to be a licensed Realtor so when Callum reached out, Brian was compelled to step up.  He saw having Callum assist the Team as a win-win:  the River Realty Team would share their expertise and skills and Callum would bring his enthusiasm, work ethic and own skill set to the group.

Meet Amy, a driven and enthusiastic new realtor eager to make her mark in the real estate market. With a passion for connecting with people and helping them find their perfect home, Amy is committed to ensuring every client enjoys a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.

Having grown up in Oakville, Amy possesses extensive knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area and combined with her business education, she offers invaluable insights to her clients. Now residing in Paris with her family, including her dog, Cooper, and cat, Princess, she balances her career with a love for the local Paris community.

In her free time, Amy stays active by playing women’s hockey, building strong connections both on and off the ice. Hockey teaches discipline, how to create opportunities, that speed is an advantage and of course, team work. With access to the 38 combined years of experience from the River Realty Team, Amy is in the right position to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
